- ¼ c. extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ c. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. raspberry jam
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Whisk the ingredients together, and taste. Too tangy? Add a little more olive oil, or honey. Not enough flavor? A few more drops of vinegar will perk it up.
